ABOUT ME
I am a licensed clinical social worker (psychotherapist) who has been practicing since 1991. I make it a practice to meet the individual "where they are" while respecting and encouraging their uniqueness and facilitating their growth and therapeutic journey in a safe and welcoming manner and environment. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida, Oregon and Ohio.
A SAFE SPACE
My office is set up like a living room. I want the environment to feel as much like home as possible. I also have a certified therapy dog who is available for that added comfort to help to alleviate any feelings of stress. Benson is hypoallergenic and typically in my office.
This is a safe space for all, including all genders, orientations, identities, abilities, cultures and backgrounds.

TELEHEALTH
My appointments are either in person or via the HIPPA-compliant telehealth platform doxy.me/fftc . In person appointments are available for persons who feel 100 percent healthy and have had no sneezing/cough/cold/fever symptoms or exposures within 10 days. Even if you believe you are having allergies, please use a virtual appointment. Telehealth appointments will still be available to all others. Most all insurance companies cover telehealth services. Some insurance companies waive their copays for telehealth therapy sessions.
